Arizona Coyotes general manager Don Maloney has often said that you need to build a team through the draft.

I generally agree with the man, he’s a NHL general manager for a reason. But as the Coyotes go into rebuild mode and try to improve over this season’s disappointing 29th place finish, it might not be a bad idea for Maloney to explore the option of bringing in a couple of free agents in addition to lifting up some of the youngsters. So, who’s available and could be a good fit for the desert dogs?
