Welcome to Today’s Slapshot’s first edition of NHL-wide power rankings. The Stanley Cup Playoffs are on the horizon, just two months away, and fans, players and teams are gearing up for the stretch run.

This weekly feature will rank all 30 NHL teams based on who I believe would win a seven-game series on neutral ice if they played right now. While record certainly plays a major role in the Power Rankings, this is not, nor ever will be, ordered solely by points percentage or record.
